In our company operating in the R&D sector, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who will take part in innovative projects. In this position, you will develop high-performance and scalable solutions by using your advanced engineering knowledge, work in collaboration with your teammates, and contribute to improving our company’s technological infrastructure. General Qualifications
Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities
Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of experience in the Mechanical Design Engineer position
Proficient in Turkish (Native) and English (Good)
Able to adapt to an on-site working model
Experienced in SolidWorks and other CAD software
Knowledgeable in structural analysis and engineering design
Advanced technical drawing and documentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Eager to learn and open to innovation
Roles and Responsibilities
Taking an active role in machine design and engineering projects
Participating in new product development processes and improving existing products
Designing using SolidWorks and other CAD software
Ensuring the accuracy of designs by performing structural analyses
Preparing technical drawings and documentation
Contributing to project planning and organization processes
Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
Following project processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Effectively using Microsoft Office applications
Applying organizational and planning skills in projects
